Mighty Thanos is one of the greatest villains of all time introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he has the the ultimate weapon which is more powerful than Thor's Almighty "Mjolnir" the Infinity Gauntlet. The Infinity Gauntlet source of power are the six infinity stones (Space Stone, Power Stone, Reality Stone, Mind Stone, Time Stone, Soul Stone) which are attached on the Gauntlet which combines the power of all six stones and makes the wearer the most powerful being the whole universe.

In the comic books, the are many characters who wielded the Infinity Gauntlet apart from The Mad Titan Thanos.

1) Nebula: The other adopted daughter of the Mad Titan, who hates him more than anyone, in the Infinity war movie she wasn't able to Thanos but in the comic book she once wielded the Infinity Gauntlet to reverse of all Thanos's actions and restored all living beings.

2) Iron Man: Billionaire, Play Boy, Philanthropist our favorite Tony Stark who went toe-to-toe against Thanos and made him bleed in the Infinity War movie but was woefully defeated. In the comic books Iron Man wielded the Infinity Gauntlet and the most powerful Superhero and saved the day.

3) Captain America: In Infinity War movie Captain America didn't had much screentime but The Super Soldier once wielded the Infinity Gauntlet in the comic books, to save the reality from getting destroyed.

4) Black Panther: The Protector/King of Wakanda, once wielded the Powerful Infinity Gauntlet in the comic books to stop Dr. Doom.

5) Spider-Man: Our friendly neighbourhood teenage superhero was no match against the Mad Man, but in the Marvel comics, Spider-Man once stole the Gauntlet from Thanos used it to save the world.

6) Hulk: The Incredible Hulk wasn't able to stand 30 seconds against the Mighty Thanos in Infinty War, but in the comics Hulk armed himself with the Infinity Gauntlet saved the whole reality.
